What is your minimum order quantity?

Stock soap starts at 50 pieces. Custom unboxed soap starts at 500 pieces. One-stop custom soap with printed color-box packaging starts at 1,000 sets. Please send the quantity breakdown for different designs or fragrances so we can confirm how the minimum applies to your project.

Can I test samples before placing a bulk order?

Yes. Order our discovery kit for signature bases, or request a project-specific sample after your brief is reviewed.

How long does private-label production take?

Most approved projects require 25–35 business days for production, excluding sampling, packaging development and transit.

Can you support orders above 10,000 pieces?

Yes. High-volume projects follow a dedicated assessment covering SKU count, approved specifications, packaging supply, inspection requirements, production windows and expected reorder frequency.

Can you help with labels for the US and EU?

We can provide product information and manufacturing documents to support your compliance process. Final market authorization and label approval remain project and destination specific.
