A request for quotation, or RFQ, describes what you want to buy and what still needs discussion. For custom soap and packaging, start with the order type, quantity by variant, soap requirements and packaging requirements. Add reference images, the receiving destination and your target date. Mark each specification as decided, preferred or open for discussion so a reference does not become an unintended requirement.

Identify whether you want stock wholesale, custom unboxed soap or one-stop custom soap with printed color boxes. SOVARUNE's minimum quantities are 50, 500 and 1,000 pieces respectively. List the quantity for each proposed design or variant alongside the total. Ask how the minimum applies to each variant; do not assume that combining several scents or designs meets the requirement. If quantities are provisional, label them as estimates.
SOVARUNE's customization options include formula, scent, color, weight, mold, logo and packaging. Describe the options relevant to your inquiry, then ask which are suitable for the selected product and quantity. A listed customization option does not establish every combination's availability.
For each item, distinguish a fixed requirement from a preference. If you have not chosen a formula or scent, write 'open for discussion' and describe what you want to discuss. Include a proposed logo or mold design if available, clearly identifying it as a reference or a design you want assessed.
State whether you need unboxed soap or custom printed boxes. Describe the intended appearance and any packaging details already decided. Note whether artwork is available, being prepared or still to be developed; ask what files are needed before preparing final artwork.
Give each reference a short explanation: soap color, logo placement or box appearance, for example. Identify the feature you want discussed and any detail that is only illustrative. Share materials you are entitled to use.
Include the destination country and city, plus the date you would like to receive the order. Label it as a target and ask about the proposed production and shipping schedule. A requested arrival date is not a confirmed delivery commitment.
