Custom Soap Sample Fees and Credit Toward Bulk Orders

Which sampling option fits your project?

SOVARUNE charges CNY 200 for custom bare-soap sampling and CNY 1,000 for sampling that includes soap, a color box and a label. The sampling fee can be credited in full toward a subsequent bulk order. Choose the option that matches what you need to evaluate: the soap itself, or the soap together with its printed packaging.

Before paying, confirm the sample scope and how the credit will be recorded for your later order. A full credit describes the amount to be offset; it does not, by itself, explain the payment stage or paperwork for your project.

Bare-soap sampling: CNY 200

This option covers making a soap sample to your requirements. The usual sampling period is approximately 7–10 days. Once completed, the sample can be sent to your address or your freight forwarder's address.

Use this option when your immediate decision concerns the soap. Share your desired weight, color, fragrance and formulation requirements so that the discussion starts with a clear brief. Confirm the timing for your project separately from shipping; the approximate sampling period is not a delivery-to-destination promise.

Soap, color-box and label sampling: CNY 1,000

For a project involving soap and printed packaging, SOVARUNE charges CNY 1,000 for sampling the soap, color box and label. Adjustments can be made during the sampling process.

Prepare the color-box dimensions, design files and other printing requirements, together with the soap's weight, color, fragrance and formulation information. These details give SOVARUNE the information needed to discuss both parts of the project. Ask about the schedule for this combined sample rather than applying the bare-soap estimate to it.

If you expect several changes, describe them before sampling starts and ask which adjustments are covered. This keeps the scope of the discussion specific without assuming an unlimited number of revisions.

What to confirm about the bulk-order credit

Both sampling options carry a full credit toward a subsequent bulk order. For a clear purchasing record, ask SOVARUNE to identify the sampling payment, the bulk order receiving the credit and the point at which the deduction will appear.

You can send this request: Please confirm the sample scope and fee for our project, and show how the full sampling credit will be applied to our subsequent bulk order. Please also confirm the sample shipping arrangements and any charges outside the agreed sampling scope.

This is a suggested confirmation request for buyers, not a description of a fixed invoicing procedure. Agree the applicable details with SOVARUNE before relying on them in your purchasing schedule.

Keep bulk quantities separate from sampling fees

SOVARUNE's minimum order quantities are 50 units for stock products, 500 units for custom bare soap and 1,000 units for one-stop customization with color-box packaging. These are purchasing quantities for the respective options, not sample quantities or stated thresholds for applying the credit.

Include your planned bulk quantity in the brief. If the order combines fragrances, designs or other variations, ask how the minimum quantity applies to that combination.
