A first inquiry such as ‘I need charcoal soap with my logo’ leaves several different orders possible. You might want an existing bar with a label, a different fragrance or shape, or a fully boxed retail product. Those choices change the basis of the price. This guide helps you narrow an unfinished idea into a quote you can compare, especially for a small first order or delivery abroad.
Give the product type, intended use, approximate quantity and sales country first. Then separate fixed requirements from flexible choices: for example, the logo may be essential while the fragrance or box style is still open. If a weight, formula direction or design is undecided, mark it as undecided. That creates a clear starting point without turning a provisional choice into a production instruction.
SOVARUNE distinguishes stock wholesale, branding an existing product with a logo or label, and OEM/ODM customization involving the soap or packaging. Stock wholesale uses existing products and standard packaging. Changes to weight, dimensions, fragrance, formula direction, shape or packaging require a quote for that specification.
The current minimums, effective September 11, 2026, are 50 pieces for stock soap, 500 pieces for custom bare soap, and 1,000 sets for one-stop custom soap with printed color-box packaging. A request for 200 custom bars therefore falls below the current bare-soap minimum. For an initial market test, compare the stock route with increasing the planned custom quantity; do not budget on an assumed exception.
If you want several fragrances or designs, list the quantity for each. Obtain an allocation decision before treating a combined total as meeting the minimum. Logo-only requests also need their exact scope priced; adding a logo does not automatically preserve the stock price or order conditions. The custom bar soap page is a useful starting point for the product route.
Use this compact brief: product and intended use; weight or dimensions; shape, color and fragrance preferences; formula direction if known; quantity by proposed variant; standard packaging, label or printed box; logo needs; sales country; and delivery destination. Mark each undecided item rather than guessing it.
For example, ‘300 bars for a first retail test; logo required; fragrance flexible; standard packaging acceptable; delivery to a specified Canadian address’ gives a clearer comparison than ‘300 OEM soaps, best price.’ This is an illustrative brief, not an accepted order or a promise that a particular branding option is available at that quantity.
For the packaging details after the order route is chosen, use the soap and packaging RFQ checklist. Its role is the detailed specification list; the decision here is which unresolved choices must be settled before two prices describe the same product.
SOVARUNE's confirmed sampling fees are CNY 200 for custom bare soap and CNY 1,000 for combined soap, color-box and label sampling. Both sampling fees are fully credited toward a subsequent bulk order. Bare-soap sampling normally takes approximately 7–10 days. That timing applies to bare-soap sampling, not boxed samples, bulk production or arrival at your address.
Before paying for samples, settle the sample type, quantity, weight, destination, delivery cost and expected schedule. Keep the sampling charge separate from freight and any tooling charge in your budget. Ask how the confirmed credit will appear on the later order; the deposit or balance treatment should be written into that order rather than assumed.
A country or province alone is not enough for SOVARUNE to calculate accurate delivery pricing. Supply the recipient's name and phone number, street address, city, state or province, country and postal code. Use the destination intended for this shipment: the sample destination may differ from the bulk destination.
Ask for the written DDP quotation to itemize its scope, including freight, customs clearance, taxes and final delivery. Compare the same quantity, packaging and destination across offers. A product-only unit price and a delivered total are different comparison bases; retain both figures so a lower bar price does not hide a higher overall order cost.
The quote should identify the product, specifications, quantity, packaging, unit price, total, currency, minimum order, sampling or tooling charges, production timing and shipping method. A converted reference price also needs an agreed exchange-rate basis. Distinguish that reference from the currency and amount to be paid.
A packaging mockup can establish visual direction, but an AI-generated image is not a production file. The formal artwork needs the logo source, dimensions, material, dieline, print colors and finishing details. Settle those inputs before treating the pictured design as the final specification.
Under the workflow supplied by SOVARUNE, bulk production normally follows a confirmed proforma invoice and deposit. Photos or videos are provided when goods are completed, with shipment arranged after the balance is received; the actual payment terms follow the confirmed order. Before approving the invoice, resolve open product, packaging and delivery choices so the next step is based on one shared specification.
Contact SOVARUNE with your known requirements and the choices still open. Include the planned quantity and full delivery destination, then identify your priority—testing demand, adding a brand, or developing a custom product. This gives the team a practical basis for narrowing the route and preparing an order-specific quotation.
